What is an "E" Ticket?
It is an Electronic Ticket issued by the Airline at the airport in the form of a boarding card, you will not receive a ticket from us before you go to your departure Airport.
What do I need to obtain my "E" Ticket?
You will need
photo ID and at least one of the following:

Airline Booking Reference.

Credit Card you used as payment.

Flight Number & Name.
-
Airline Frequent Flyer Card providing the number is in the booking.
Where do I get my "E" ticket?
Where do I check in my luggage?
Most airlines have a fast drop luggage area once
you have obtained your boarding card from the machine. If you choose the traditional method
of check in at the allocated check-in desk your luggage will be taken in the normal way.
What do I do if the machine is out of order or does not issue my boarding card?
Go the Airlines Ticket & Sales desk located in the terminal.
Where do I go once I have obtained my boarding card & checked in my luggage?
Proceed to the departure lounge / gate number indicated on you boarding card.
Where do I get my return or onward "E" Ticket?
Your return or onward ticket will be available at your departure terminal for each
flight; follow the same process as before.
What
if "E" Tickets aren't available for my itinerary?
*There
is a £10 fee per person per booking. This low charge is possible due to the
automated process we have invested in heavily - but the booking will still be
quality checked by our experienced consultants before despatching your tickets.
Some
airlines don't yet offer E-tickets. To check, double click the flight number of your search results, E-Ticket routes
are indicated by
"ET/ ELECTRONIC TKT CANDIDATE".
In
order to electronically ticket an itinerary, all of the flights in the itinerary
must be eligible for electronic ticketing and must be on the same airline.
